Once the introduction is made or you reach out to the lender of your choice, your loan officer will want to have a phone conversation and get some documents from you.
Initial Documents Required by Lenders for Mortgage Pre-Approval:
Your agent will take you on a preliminary orientation tour to visit available homes that meet your criteria. This will help you to experience the current market within geographic areas you are interested in purchasing a new home. At the same time we can review the current inventory and concentrate on only the homes newly listed.
You will be invited to collections where you can receive properties as soon as they are listed for sale. You can select your favorites and request showings right in the system.
What is Collections?
Your agent will take you to see homes for sale at your request. You can also attend any public open houses without your agent. You should inform the open house agent that you are working with us.
We will help you evaluate the relative merits, true market value and resale value of any home you like.
Your agent will help guide you through deciding the offer price and contingencies
We serve as a skilled negotiators and we are experts in presenting your case to the seller.
Timeline contract to closing: We coordinate inspections, appraisals and help you with any issue that may arrive with it. We also coordinate with lenders, title companies, listing agents to be ready to execute the sale.
You sign the mortgage and other documents, and the seller is paid. You then receive your title (or deed) and the keys to your new home. Congratulations and good luck with the move!
